Sayings of Prophet Muhammed ﷺ

Here are some sayings of  Prophet Muhammed ﷺ, I found them in Islamweb site:

 1- He is not a perfect Muslim who eats his fill and lets his neighbor go hungry. 

 2 -O 'Aa'ishah, love the poor and let them come to you and Allaah will draw you near to Himself.

3- He ﷺ used to say: "I am a Prophet of Allaah but I do not know what will be my end." 

4- He ﷺ used to pray: "O Allaah! I am but a man. If I hurt any one in any manner, then forgive me and do not punish me." 

5- To honor an old man is to show glorification to Allaah.

6- Modesty is a part of the teachings of the previous prophets and anyone who lacks it is most likely to do whatever he likes.

7- I am Allaah's servant, I eat like a servant and sit like a servant.

8-I stand in prayer and wish to prolong it. However, I hear the cry of a child and cut the prayer short for the anxiety which the mother is feeling.

I strongly condemn what happened to the french newspaper but I am also sad and disappointed by publishing cartoons depicting Prophet Muhammed ﷺ. The Prophet (ﷺ) was a great man and if cartoonists had read his biography they wouldn't have depicted those cartoons.I believe in dialogue  between different cultures and a world based on respect not insults nor violence.


And for people interested to know about the Prophet (ﷺ), here are some sayings about him by  famous  thinkers[1], of course they are not enough but it is just a start.

Wolfgang Goethe

He is a prophet and not a poet and therefore his Koran is to be seen as Divine Law and not as a book of a human being, made for education or entertainment[2]. 

D.C.Sharma 

Muhammad was the soul of kindness, and his influence was felt and never forgotten by those around him[3].

Lamartin 

 Philosopher, orator, apostle, legislator, warrior, conqueror of ideas, restorer of rational dogmas, of a cult without images; the founder of twenty terrestrial empires and of one spiritual empire, that is Muhammad. As regards all standards by which human greatness may be measured, we may well ask, is there any man greater than he?[4]

أعمدة الخلق

قد تعد أشهر صورة على الإطلاق فى تاريخ الكون المرئى،لا يمكن أن تراها إلا و تقف فاغرا فاك فالصورة خالبة للب، ساحرة. قد يكون الكثير رآها و يعرفها و لكن ذلك العام سيراها بوضوح أكبر وبأطوال موجية مختلفة.

التقطت أول مرة عام ١٩٩٥ باستخدام مسبار الفضاء هابل [١](الذى منذ إطلاقه عام١٩٩٠ وهو مازال يمتعنا بصوره المذهلة) و اسمها "أعمدة الخلق" كناية عن أن تلك الأعمدة الموجودة فى الصورة هى نتاج عملية تكوين نجوم جديدة. تقع "أعمدة الخلق" فيما يعرف باسم سديم النسر[١ ](السديم هو عبارة عن سحابة مكونة من الغبار و الهيدروجين و الهيليوم و الغازات المتأينة تقع بين مجموعات النجوم فى المجرة [٢] ) و تبعد عنا بمقدار ٧٠٠٠ سنة ضوئية[٤].

ماذا إذا صعدت إلى سطح القمر؟

منذ عدة أيام وقع تحت يدى حوارا أجرته هيئة الإذاعة البريطانية BBC مع  جين سيرنان، قائد المركبة الفضائية أبوللو 17، وآخر شخص مشى على سطح القمر، خلال متابعتى لكلمات سيرنان، قفز إلى ذهنى سؤالا مفاجئا " ماذا لو كنت مكان جين سيرنان و كنت أنا من صعدت إلى سطح القمر، كيف سأشعر و أنا أرى هذا العالم الجديد، كيف سأنظر إلى الإنسان، الحياة، الحضارة، الأرض و الكون، هل ستتغير حياتى بعد ذلك، هل سأظل كما أنا!

و أثناء تلاحق تلك الأسئلة فى ذهنى وجدت نفسى تخطو قدماى نحو باب مركبة الفضاء محاولة فتحه ونبضات قلبى تتسارع من الإثارة و ها أنا أقف على درجات المركبة و قد أصبت بما يسمى رهبة الموقف، أنظر للسماء فأرى سوادا واسعا ممتدا تتناثر فيه النجوم كنقاط بيضاء فأشعر بالضآلة و أشعر أنى صغيرة جدا أمام هذا الكون الهائل، من أنا، من أكون؟ و بينما أنا هكذا أجدنى قد أفقت و أحد الزملاء يحثنى  على الإسراع بالهبوط  حتى ينزل باقى أفراد الفريق!

هل حقا نحن نفعل الشر بسهولة 2؟

فى مقال سابق تحدثنا عن تجربتى ميلجرام و سجن ستانفورد وبينا فيه أنهما ليسا بالمسلمات و الحقائق العلمية كما يظن البعض بل هناك اعتراضات من بعض العلماء عليهما. فى المقال الحالى قد تفاجئ عندما تعلم أن إحدى هاتين التجربتين و هى تجربة سجن ستانفورد ليست مجرد تجربة لدى بعض الباحثين مآخذ عليها بل هى تجربة بها عيوب خطيرة.

تبعا لمدونة Research Digest( التابعة لThe British phsychological Society) فإن تجربة سجن ستانفورد بها أخطاء جوهرية، فقد  ظهرت تفاصيل جديدة تظهر أن الحراس فى التجربة لم يتصرفوا بطريقة مستبدة تجاه السجناء من تلقاء أنفسهم

إنها قصتك و قصتى و قصة كل من تعرف، إنها قصة نشأتنا، كيف جئنا إلى هذا الوجود، كيف أصبحنا بشرا، لكن أولا دعنى أخبرك  كم أنت "متميز" و لك حق أن تكون فخورا بنفسك، فهل تعلم أنه من بين ٣٠٠ مليون حيوان منوى حاولوا الوصول إلى البويضة كنت أنت الناج الوحيد، هل تعلم أنه بذلك تكون احتمالية مجئيك إلى هذه الحياة كانت ١\٣٠٠ مليون، هل تدرك أنك بذلك فقدت  ٢٩٩٩٩٩٩٩٩  مليون أخ و أخت محتملين، هل ترى الآن أن مجيئك أنت بالذات إلى الحياة فى حد ذاته معجزة!

 الفيديو يروى قصة وصول الحيوى المنوى إلى البويضة بداية من دخوله جسم المرأة مرورا بالصعاب التى يتعرض لها كالوسط الحامضى والمخاط الذى يعلق به داخل الجهاز التناسلى  بالإضافة إلى خلايا المناعة التى تهاجمه خطأ معتقدة أنه جسم دخيل. بعد كل هذه المعوقات و معوقات أخرى تتمكن حيوانات منوية قليلة من الاقتراب من البويضة و أول حيوان منوى يتمكن من اختراق سطحها يكون هو الفائز لأنها بعد ذلك تمنع الباقين من الولوج إليها. داخل البويضة تتحد المادة الوراثية للذكر مع المادة الوراثية للأنثى مكونة البيضة الملقحة و التى تعتبر النواة لتكوين إنسان جديد.
